She has a successful performance history of managing and leading high profile executives, identifying key customer relations and producing well-focused organizational and external communications programs that support and advance complex business objectives. She has had successful tenures with two NYSE companies in energy and telecommunications as well as provided consulting services to various agencies, businesses and nonprofits, including professional sport owners, executives and teams. Educated at Oklahoma State University, Fran lives in Tulsa, OK.
